Stain and Finishing Oil - Heartwood - All In One - Fusion 237 ml

Heartwood Fusions Stain and Finishing Oil penetrates the wood to condition, stain and protect against water, stains and abrasion. It can be used on new or stripped wood surfaces. This pretty tone has slightly purplish undertones, a unique shade you are bound to fall in love with.

It can also be used over Fusion Mineral Paint.

Here’s what sets it apart:

• Multi-Functional: it can be used on bare wood or over previously painted surfaces as a glaze.
• Highly Durable: No additional top coat is required. A coat of Natural SFO can increase sheen and durability for added durability without intensifying the colour.
• Easy Application: When applied over Fusion Mineral Paint™ for a glaze effect or to increase the sheen, remove excess immediately to avoid a sticky finish.
• Concentrated Pigments: Our special blend is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. A 237 mL container covers the same area as 1 litre of comparable stains.

How To Use

• Stir - DO NOT shake before application.
• Sand the wood evenly with 100-120 grit sandpaper.
• Remove dust with a vacuum or lint free rag.
• Apply evenly using a brush or applicator pad.
• On raw wood, remove excess after 15-20 minutes.
• On Fusion surfaces remove excess immediately.
• Recoat after 9 hours.
• More coats increase durability, opacity and sheen.
• Dry touch after approximately 9 hours.
• Ready for normal use after approximately 3 days.
• Cure time is 10 days, after which the surface can be cleaned with soap and water.

237ml container covers 3-6 m2 depending on wood density.
