I ordered this brush to partly use as a photo prop as well as its typical use. The colour differs to the photograph of the item so it has no use as a prop and I was not overly impressed with the quality of it either. It looks like a cheap paintbrush for an expensive price. (I cannot comment on how well it does the paint job as I didn't use it.) I followed the returns process and emailed the seller. She was most helpful and gave me the details I needed to send it back, and answered a few other queries that I had. Other than Royal Mail losing my parcel, so it took longer than it should have to arrive back to the seller, the returns process was seamless and I received a refund immediately with no quibbles or issues. I value customer service as much as price when it comes to buying, and I have to say I received excellent service from start to finish. I am confident that if I am not happy with my future orders for any reason, this will be appropriately addressed. Thank you.
