How To Apply
Begin by painting the surface with a light or white base to ensure the image stands out against the semi-transparent paper.
Instead of cutting, tear around the images to create frayed edges that blend seamlessly into the background.
Apply a layer of decoupage medium to the surface before placing the paper. For larger areas, work in sections.
Once positioned, brush another layer of glue over the paper.
Allow this layer to dry completely before adding a second coat of decoupage medium or varnish.
Avoid touching the rice paper while wet, and use a soft, flat-bristled brush for best results.
